PRODUCT APPROVALS

Fogex is an approved water mist fire extinguishing Technology. Fogex is accepted for use on board passenger carrying vessels and other marine vessels by relevant marine approving authorities, eg Lloyd's Register of Shipping, Bureau Veritas, American Bureau of Shipping and Det Norske Veritas and others. Fogex may also be used on board oil producing platforms (both on-shore and off-shore) where similar machinery space hazards exist.

Fogex (and Mistex) have various international government acceptances, eg Malaysian BOMBA, Hong Kong Fire Services Department, Norwegian Department of Fire & Explosion, Taiwan Government, Australian DOT's etc.

System component testing and evaluation of the Fogex Technology to determine its performance criteria by relevant test laboratories and approving authorities is a continuous and on-going process for specific applications.

Fogex systems are also finding many applications on land projects, eg electric switchgear rooms, electric substations, escalator rooms, fat fryers & baking ovens, penitentiaries, banks, museums, warehouses, combustion & gas turbines, rail substations, power generation facilities, flammable storage areas, aircraft hangars etc.
